Parents (or caregivers) join with children to work on a variety of clay projects that may include, but are not limited to, musical instruments, family portraits, whimsical sculptures or functional pieces and tableware. Have fun and spend time together learning the basics of clay in a creative and stimulating environment. Supply List: Wear old clothes, bring a work shirt and a snack. Most materials provided; students are responsible for providing clay and tools, which may be purchased at the Arvada Center for about $20.
